HIRE OF DOG EXERCISE AREA

PICTURE OF OUR EXERCISE FIELD

This is aimed at owners who would like their dogs to have a run off the lead in complete safe secure surroundings. People with many dogs often find it difficult to walk them altogether and with the bye-laws of only 4 dogs per person on the lead at any one time it can be a problem especially in public places. It is also useful for owners with dogs that have a poor re-call, they can have a good blast off the lead or on a training line if in use.

Dogs with issues can also come along, the owners feel completely at ease knowing that their dog can have a run without the risk of running into problems. Dogs with dog to dog aggression or people aggression are welcome but will only be booked in after answering a questionnaire so that they do not pose a risk to other dogs/people. This is purely for safety reasons.

All sessions are individual to each owner and not for multiple owners, however should you wish to have a group session then please ask for our group rates.

The field is adjacent to the training field which is in use the majority of the time.

As this service is unsupervised all dogs brought to the field are entirely at the owner’s risk and the Field of Dreams cannot accept any responsibility for the safety or welfare of the dogs or the people handling them. The onus is on the owners to divulge all the information asked for in terms of vaccinations, behaviour problems etc.,

ABSOLUTELY VITAL IF WE ARE TO KEEP THIS FIELD POO FREE, ANY ONE NOT FOUND TO BE PICKING UP WILL RELINQUISH THEIR SLOTS

Slots are  booked on an hourly basis and the charges  per week are as follows:

Payment direct into our bank is available please ask for details.

Please book your slots in advance to guarantee your times

Subject to availability you are welcome to use the Field as many times as you wish within the week at the hourly cost quoted.

CHARGES QUOTED ARE ON A ONE HOURLY BASIS, PER SLOT,  PER WEEK

eg: 1 hour slot per day one dog  per week £5 :    2 hours  ie 2 x 1 hour slots one dog  per day per week £10

£5.00 1 dog per hour per week £7.00  2 dogs per hour per week £10.00  3+ dogs per hour per week

One off subject to availability £1 per dog

ACCESS TO THE FIELD IS VIA A PADLOCK WITH A SECURITY NUMBER

Always refer here  for current availability. It is not advisable to turn up ad-hoc to find it is booked.

Naturally people having booked upfront may not want to run with other dogs that just appear and it is within their rights to refuse.

IMPORTANT

If we do not hear from people with booked slots and payment is more than a month late we will assume the slots are no longer required and will be offered to people currently on our waiting list..

ALWAYS CHECK HERE FOR AVAILABILITY AS TIME SLOTS MAY CHANGE

These of course can be subject to change dependant upon people’s requirements so times will be updated here on a regular basis.

Once the clocks change people may want to change their times to allow for the lighter/darker nights. You can take as many hourly slots as you wish subject to availability.

If you decide that you would like to exercise your dog outside your booked times then please ring for availability,

if it’s not booked then you are of course welcome to use the Field at the same cost. It is important that you do not just not turn up ad-hoc outside your allotted time without referring to this list first and or giving me a ring.

Out of courtesy it would be helpful if you would inform us if you no longer wish to use the Field as we have a waiting list for certain slots.

If we do not hear from you and a month elapses, we will assume you no longer wish to use the Field and your slot will become available.  The slots have been updated to reflect these changes.

May I also remind users of the Field that payment is in advance and should 1 month elapse without payment then those slots will become available.
